“This home wasn’t built. It was printed.”
And that’s not science fiction — it’s happening right here in India!
India’s first-ever 3D-printed villa has taken social media by storm, and it’s located in Pune! The futuristic home is part of the Godrej Eden Estate project in Maan Hinjewadi, and it’s unlike anything we’ve seen before.
What’s So Special About It?
This isn’t your average construction project. The villa spans 2,038 square feet, and instead of bricks and cement, it was 3D printed using a massive on-site machine and a special concrete mix.
Tech creator Priyam Saraswat, known for exploring India’s most unique homes, gave fans an exclusive tour on Instagram — and people are losing it. Comments are flooding in like “insane level of technology” and “this looks like a house from the future!”
How Was It Built?
The process is as futuristic as it sounds:
A giant 3D printer was installed directly on the plot. It printed the entire villa by layering concrete in a precise, pre-designed pattern.
The walls have hollow sections between two layers, making it super easy to install electric wiring, pipes, and ducts without any extra digging or damage.
What’s Inside?
Priyam’s video takes you inside this architectural marvel:
- A spacious living area
- Two modern bedrooms
- Sleek interiors with smooth, curved walls
- A vibe that screams: next-gen luxury
It’s modern, minimal, and feels like something out of a sci-fi movie — all made real in just four months!
BuzzFlix Take:
“This villa is not just a home — it’s a preview of the future of housing.”
The blend of cutting-edge tech + smart design could redefine how we build homes, making them faster, greener, and smarter.
